Schwerll Beijing is registered in Beijing Yizhuang Economic Development Zone. With the continuous expansion of local and international business and adjustments to its development strategy, it has built a complete energy storage and flow manufacturing plant in the Phase III of Xianghe Robot Industry Park in Beijing's sub-center. The factory provides core component products for high-end energy storage and super-flow solutions for demanding industries worldwide.
II. Business Scope and Core Business
The company's business scope covers the production of accumulators, accumulator systems, and super-flow measurement and control systems. It provides high-end energy storage and flow hardware products and customized solutions for satellite launches, offshore platforms, process technology, large-scale hydropower and power projects, instantaneous high-flow test systems, new energy, and nuclear power.
In terms of products, the company has a professional full-process energy storage product manufacturing line. It is equipped with a professional special container physical and chemical properties laboratory, a non-destructive testing center, a million-cycle fatigue testing center, an electron beam and flexible welding center, an ultrasonic cleaning line, and a complete set of accumulator manufacturing and product testing equipment. It also has customized working condition simulation test benches for international industry companies to complete product testing and quality verification before shipment.
Product testing includes: user working condition function simulation testing, system overall airtightness testing, overall pressure testing, etc. Products meet the cleanliness requirements of industries including aerospace, marine installation, chemical, and food upon leaving the factory.
