The Seville standard bladder accumulator full series adopts native rubber and is made with a special process. The bladder has low permeability, high fatigue life, high and low temperature adaptability, and special material adaptability for special media.
Seville Bladder Accumulator Product Types
BAK series: Suitable for most working conditions, G2" oil-side mushroom valve, maximum working flow rate 15 l/s, volume range up to 57L, maximum pressure 350bar;
BAKM series: Increased liquid-side outlet flow rate series, G2" oil-side mushroom valve, maximum working flow rate 25 Vs, volume range up to 250L, maximum pressure up to 400bar
BAKH series: Increased liquid-side outlet size series, increased outlet flow rate, volume range up to 350L (high pressure), 570L (low pressure) pressure up to 350bar
Seville Bladder Accumulator Operating Parameters
1. System oil discharge under specified working pressure difference ΔV=V2-V1 @ P2 drop to P1
2. Bladder accumulator P2:P0≤4:1
3. PO@Tmax≤0.9*P1 (PO value see sample description, according to working conditions)
4. Liquid medium related factors: metal part corrosion and rubber base adaptability
5. Determination of selection pressure: Under normal working conditions, design pressure ≥1.1 times the maximum system working pressure
6. Bladder pressing and bonding molding, forming a plum blossom shape compression
7. Confirm that the product meets the standards required by the local government
