High-parameter piston accumulator
Seville manufactures a series of standard piston accumulators strictly in accordance with the special equipment certification requirements of countries and regions around the world. The design pressure is up to 800 bar, and the nominal volume of a single product is up to 1500L. The piston accumulator products are applied to high-frequency transfer functions up to 200Hz and above, and piston speeds up to Max.9m/s. The products are applied to various special harsh working conditions and media occasions. Seville high-parameter piston accumulators are available in capacities ranging from 0.01L to 1500L per unit, with a maximum design pressure of up to 80MPa. Materials are selected to meet the demands of harsh industrial environments.
Seville High-Parameter Piston Accumulator Product Types:
SAK Series: Meets the requirements of Chinese TSG21-2016 and GBT20663-2017 standards. Pressure range up to 530 bar, nominal capacity up to 850L (per unit). Products meet the certification requirements for installation and use in China, including: factory manufacturing license, Chinese special equipment design qualification, product supervision and inspection certificate, TS steel stamp, and product type test certificate;
ASME Series: Meets the standards of the United States and countries and regions that accept ASME VIII DIV.1 product specifications. Products meet NB registration requirements, all with U-stamps. Design pressure range up to 10000psi, nominal capacity up to 1500L (per unit);
PED EU CE Series: Meets the standards of the European Union and countries and regions that accept the EU PED EU CE product specifications. Products meet CE certificate and registration requirements, all with CE stamps. Design pressure range up to 10000psi, nominal capacity up to 1500L (per unit);
Other Series: SCHWERLL products meet the pressure vessel certification requirements for special equipment in major countries worldwide, including Russian CU-TR certification (EAC stamp), Canada, Central Asia, Iran, Australia, South Korea, Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, and Brazilian NR13 certification, etc.;
